I am fascinated by the intersection of cutting-edge technology, global trends, and the implications they have on organizations and leaders. We are living in exceptionally dynamic times, and I believe that every organization must go through a fundamental rewiring of their operating models, capabilities, and mindsets in order to stay relevant. I am passionate about working with leaders and entrepreneurs as they adapt to this new environment, and to help them create the future rather than being subject to it.
I started my life in Brazil in my Chinese-Danish family and am grateful to have experienced living in ten different countries by now. The last eight of these years I have enjoyed living and working in New York. I have over the years worked with and in organizations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors. My main employments have been with UBS Investment Bank, A.P. Moller-Maersk Group and McKinsey & Company, and I am also affiliated with the World Economic Forum. My work focuses on leadership development, culture change, and agile transformations, and I am the co-author of the book Leadership at Scale. My wife and I, along with and our two dogs Napoleon and Caesar, are avid travellers and spend the majority our time between the US and Denmark.
